Local Comedian, BradChad Porter & NY Comedian Seth Joseph Opening

OKLAHOMA CITY, January 10, 2012 – Riding high on the success of his wildly popular and game-changing comedy podcast, WTF, Marc Maron brings his well read brand of ultra-honest comedy to OKC.
Marc said of his act, “I have a hard time describing what I do or what I am up there on stage. I’ve been called: neurotic, a story teller, heady, cerebral, angry, brilliant, bad, a problem, a cultural critic, a satirist, fucking funny, an important voice, etc.”

The podcast, WTF, is regularly iTunes #1 comedy podcast. On it, Marc Maron, interviews a wide array of stand-up comedy’s most talked about talents. Marc is a 25+ year veteran of stand-up comedy. He recorded half-hour specials for HBO and Comedy Central. He also spent 2004-2009 in radio including four different shows on Air America.
BradChad Porter is a stand-up comedian based in OKC. Comprised of rich stories and observational comedy delivered with intense conviction, BradChad’s comedy speaks to the righteous anger and frustration within us all, a response to a world that just doesn’t work like it should.

Seth Joseph hails from right here in OKC, but is now based in New York. His acerbic wit and twisted storytelling style of stand-up comedy have garnered him attention both here and in his new home.
