Dave and Terry come in from Dallas, TX to teach this special Character workshop.
Saturday, January 11th 3pm-6pm
This workshop Is geared towards the fundamental understanding of creating a character, and offers concrete tools to techniques for character development within a scene. Participants will breathe life into their characters by using specialized drills in which they will move, speak and think like their characters. We will also discuss strategies for infusing their character discoveries into choices that help drive scenes. Participants will come away with a better understanding of how to create a character, and how this tool is useful in scenes.

About the instructors
David and Terry are a comedy duo based out of Dallas, TX. Their improvised show, “David and Terry Talk to Strangers,” follows the journey of two primary characters through a time of extreme change in their lives.

Dallas Observer calls them “Off the cuff and unpredictable.”
David and Terry perform regularly at the Dallas Comedy House and were selected to the Dallas Comedy Festival (2013) and Improv Festival Oklahoma (2013).
