If your ambitions on wrapping up your Christmas shopping have yet to come into fruition, worry not. In these pages you will find a bevy of local shops where patrons do not suffer from overcrowding and high-stakes parking. Some locations will even let you schedule time to shop outside of normal business hours and, most importantly, you will find unique gifts not otherwise found in the box chains. Best of luck on your last minute shopping!
Lastly, many thanks to all who helped us put this guide together. We appreciate your time and willingness to get dressed up and pose for us. Be sure to check out the link to High Fashion Girl’s 15% off your entire purchase Shop Local Challenge coupon, which is good until December 24th, 2011.

I’d like to point folks to the Oklahoma Food Coop, which makes it easier for people to buy food and non-food items like clothing and crafts from local producers. While it is mainly at this time an internet ordering system coupled with a volunteer delivery system, the coop is experimenting with a shop at the organization’s op center, which is open today December 21, from 5 PM to 7 PM. It is located at 1300 SW 15th.
Oops, I got the day wrong. The Coop’s shop, which has both food and non-food gift items, is open tomorrow (Thursday) the 22nd.
Thanks for the head’s up, Bob! I can’t wait to check this out!
