It’s that time again. Here’s the latest collection of nine tracks I believe to be worthwhile of your ears’ attention, and the accompanying rundown:
The first half of this LI$T is a collection of songs from new albums from several notable bands, including Dale Earnhardt Jr. Jr., Cults, Glasser, Elf Power, and Of Montreal.
The second half is composed of songs from bands that are brand new to me; thus, I don’t know much about them. One interesting note- School of Night is the side project of Darby Cicci, the multi-instrumentalist from The Antlers. Also, if waves of guitar distortion is your thing, you’ll dig Tape Deck Mountain. Finally, the closing track, Perera Elsewhere’s “Bizarre,†should be just the ticket to get your Halloween spirit brewing.
